Commitment to Quality
The Image Group knows that quality of service and quality of product, above all else, make for successful promotional products programs. Here, quality isn’t a mere cliché. Quality, as we employ it on behalf of our clients, is quantifiable. We create solutions and programs that perform.
Commitment to Creativity
Always in search of exciting new products, fresh marketing approaches, bold ways to combine product with presentation for maximum impact, and the most effective visuals to enhance brand identity, we at The Image Group draw heavily upon our creativity in crafting the most effective promotional products and programs for our clients.
Commitment to Individualized Attention
We’ve built our reputation upon our ability to create, advise, respond, and adapt, all according to very specific client needs. This means understanding your project, your objectives, your channels of distribution, and your budget. And it means that every team member at The Image Group approaches each undertaking from the client’s point of view.
Commitment to Applied Technology
From communicating the availability of promotional products and apparel to creating alternative streams of revenue for our clients, The Image Group’s in-house technology team plays a key role in every project. Ongoing innovation and leading-edge technology clearly mark The Image Group as an eCommerce leader in the promotional advertising industry.
Our corporate headquarters is located in the Toledo suburb of Holland, OH. In addition to sales and support offices, the 30,000 square foot facility houses our design, decorating, and fulfillment operations.
Cleveland is our second-largest, but fastest growing market. The sales office has more than doubled in size to eleven employees, and it hosts a popular Promotional Products Expo each spring in April.
One of our quickly emerging markets, Ann Arbor is home to the University of Michigan. The city enjoys a local economy that includes leading organizations in medicine, technology, and research & development.
Quality and Compliance
The Image Group is serious about impacting social change and raising compliance awareness within the promotional products industry.
We’re proud to be one of fifteen members of the Distributor Advocacy Council for the Quality Certification Alliance (QCA). QCA is an independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit accrediting organization for promotional products industry suppliers. Its mission is to elevate the standards by which promotional products manufacturers and importers provide safe and socially compliant merchandise.
The Image Group has made a commitment to giving preferred status to suppliers who are QCA certified. To earn QCA certification, suppliers must complete multiple independent third-party audits and comply with stringent national and international manufacturing standards.
To demonstrate a serious commitment to meeting our clients’ expectations for product safety and compliance, we’ve pledged that 90 percent of our purchasing will be done with QCA accredited suppliers by the end of 2015.
All of our imaginative account managers and decorating artists make it their personal mission to boost your visual identity – in print, online, and on merchandise – and give your brand a unique, memorable look and feel. Here are some examples of our work.

We received a Silver ADDY In the Advertising Industry Self-Promotion/Digital Advertising category for our own recently unveiled website. We’re positively giddy about this. [...]
As it did at companies all over the country, this year’s flu outbreak sent a number of our employees down for the count. But The Image Group employee who felt sickest was our director of marketing and sales support, Bruce Felber. You see, the bug bit Bruce days before this year’s Promotional Products Association International [...]
As any good chef might tell you, cooking can be a delicate blend of art and science. Whereas too much – or too little – of a single ingredient can be disastrous for a scientist, tweaking a cooking recipe here and there often provides a tasty variation to a familiar dish. Therefore, whether you’re a [...]

Many of us here at The Image Group had the good fortune during our careers to work with a promotional products-industry veteran named Michael Osterman. Before leaving to pursue his current vocation, which he accurately lists on LinkedIn as “gone fishing,” Michael was president and CEO of Osterman API. A frequent traveler, his unique approach [...]
